Combining my corporate experience and training in the areas of executive coaching and psychology, I work with leaders, individuals and teams to drive aligned action and results in the areas of:
Career progression
Leadership development
Performance
Communications
Personal challenges
With over 14 years of learning and development experience in the corporate sector, I’m committed to furthering people's development and supporting them through behavioural change. Primarily covering the Europe, Middle East and Asia region, with extensive project work in New York and Asia Pacific, I enjoyed a diverse set of challenges with both individuals and teams.
An ICF-accredited executive coach, with a master’s degree in psychotherapy using creative techniques, I support people in innovative ways, with a strong focus on the delivery of business goals. I also work with teams and leaders to ensure they are working towards the same outcome.
There are 4 stages to this:
Aim: Understanding what the challenges are, and what needs to be achieved, taking into account both the individual involved and the organisation they are part of;
Action: Designing an effective programme, which combines essential business deliverables and personal development needs;
Drive: Support and motivation to ensure the goals are met in the specified timeframe, monitoring relevance and making adjustments when necessary;
Result: Analysis of the overall process to ascertain learning for the future.
